The front door leads to an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room, attractively furnished and decorated
A separate well-appointed bathroom equipped with a full size shower is also on the ground floor
For colder nights an oiled fired heater is provided for your comfort

A staircase leads to a Mezzanine bedroom equipped with a double bed
The Grounds
The Gite is set in a hectare of amazingly diverse scenery including formal gardens, lawn, woodland, rockery and river with several sitting places around the grounds.
The owner’s property is onsite but the landscaping ensures privacy
Enjoy tranquil walks through the woodland or sit and relax and watch the Kingfisher on the river bank
The Moulin de Kerlautre is ideal for those who are seeking peace and tranquillity with the chance to unwind whilst offering a central base to explore the rugged coastlines of the north, ancient towns, lakes and beaches and invigorating walks in the surrounding countryside

The Gite is in central Brittany in a small hamlet of 5 houses near Guémené-sur-Scorff. Rural Brittany offers rolling countryside, sometimes wooded, sometimes open with an amazing network of deserted roads
